Not all web hosting companies support a phpBB site. Indeed many might not even be able to support websites that include a forum or online community. Providing your forum does not exceed two thousand members, then you should be able to continue with a shared web hosting package; but if it grows beyond this figure then you will need to migrate your site to dedicated hosting or to a virtual private server package.
